What are Novum’s shipping times?
Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days within the continental U.S. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take an additional 7–12 business days. International orders (including Canada) may take 5-30 business days.

Where does Novum ship?
We currently ship throughout the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $100.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of supplements and personal care products, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
